allow anyone to be named as recruit referral
In recruit card for the lead source referral you can only add a name of a current KW agent/leader. We get recruit referrals from other individuals (affiliate partners, prior KW agents etc.) It would be helpful to add the name of the actual referring individual.

With this, it would also be a great idea, if we are designating a referrer who is not a KW member, to have the ability to add contact information for that individual to avoid confusion with someone else who shares the same name, and also to know who to reach out to to thank for the referral and update them on the progression through the recruit pipeline.
If the recruit was referred by a former KW agent, this would also help us by triggering a win-back conversation with that agent.
