Capped Associate = Confetti Congratulations!
MCA Dept would like a "Send Confetti" to associate who has just capped. When they log into their Command, a "Congratulations You Are Now Capped!"... message appears to celebrate their achievement.

The MCAs now have confetti, why not our agents? The MCA should always have control on pushing the notification. Our agents are disappointed when they are not recognized in a timely manner, and this would help us keep them happy and recognize them immediately!
