Reorder Multi-Year Trend to Narrative Format
The traditional Market Center Multi-Year Trend tells a story in a narrative sequence. The 42 metrics are specifically arranged to ensure as Leaders read it, they have the proper context as they find numbers and metrics later in the report. In its current format in CommandMC, it's only creating confusion and among current leader, as the metrics are arranged alphabetically by data point.
The new version, is simply missing a "position number" field, like we've done for the Financial Statement. An addition of the 2 digit "pos_no" column should do the trick.
This narrative format makes it easier to 1.) Teach new Leadership how to analyze their market center. 2.) Makes it clear what's most correlated with profit: Agent Count and Net Agent Growth. 3.) Will allow for leaders who've been with the company to easily make the jump from myKW reports to CommandMC reports 4.) Everyone has a consistent language when talking through results and trends.

OMG - Yes! Thank you for putting this into the words. This is so critical. I spent an hour saving pages to capture the data into the order we are used to, but I still have to download page by page, and MOM and YOY don't always go in the correct order because someone put an additional space, or capitalized a different letter, or some other mystical reason that it doesn't.
