    I need this for 2 different reports - for tracking a team cap and for tracking our Coaching program

    If you cannot add them when creating the report you may not even realize they are not there. Very important for BC reports

    Yes, we need this for our IMAO and Business Center reporting!!

    This is important for team reports, business center reports and top down reports. We need to see that the agent is on the report even if they don't have data to add to the totals.
