Send Mass Emails to Associates
Since we are in constant contact with our agents about different things in the MC or RE in general, it would be easiest to do it through Command MC since it's always up to date with their contact information instead of typing it out into an excel sheet. or at least be able to export contacts to upload into contacts in Command.

Do not allow emails ending in @kw.com to be set as the password recovery email or personal email.
The great password reset of 2024 proved just how many MC's set password recovery emails as their MCA or TL causing tons of frustration for associates trying to reset their email.
This idea is to not allow any emails ending in @kw.com to be entered as a recovery email.

Create a way for MC Leaders to see the name of an associate's Sponsor in CommandMC
There is currently no way for a leader to see who an associate named as their sponsor until the next month's Profit Share Reports come out. If an associate asks if they selected the correct sponsor, there currently is no way for the leader to verify this.

MCA to change agent company dollar split
MCA's can enter company dollar splits during onboarding. However, MCA's should have the ability to change an agent's company dollar split at anytime.

Associate Cap Progress for MC Leaders
The agents can now see their progress in their CAP whenever they want via their profile... but the MC can't see it like the agents can! We want to be able to access that information as well, instead of having to search for their most recently closed deal. So many agents come to us and have questions about their cap and we have to go digging instead of being able to pull up their current status immediately.

Option to Transfer Company Dollar when transferring an associate between market centers
We are onboarding an associate from another market center and they have paid money into their CAP. As part of Win-Win, we are honoring the money that they have paid into their company dollar at the other market center.
I know this is a case by case basis so it would be nice when on the activate agent screen if it would give the option to transfer company dollar from the previous market center to this market center for accurate projections and so that the agent can feel confident their contributions are counting correctly.

Cap Status in Associate Card
Adding how much an agent has contributed to their cap in the associate applet card rather than having to go into a commandMC transaction and seeing it that way.

Search/Filter by Tags
Adding the ability to search and filter by tags in the CommandMC Associates applet would be highly valuable for retention. We have added tags to our associates and, at this time, are unable to utilize the functionality of those tags due to lack of search/filter options. Would love to see this feature added in Q2 2023!

Sort by Columns in Associates
Currently there is only one setting for how agents are sorted within the Associates Applet, alphabetically by first name. It would be nice if we could sort by anniversary date, license expiration date, number of contacts, etc. so we can easily see when emails need to be sent to them, i.e. congrats on another year of association with KW, reminder that their license is about to expire, congrats for entering the 201+ club.

White Pages Address field needs to be editable again
The inability to edit the address field in the white pages is resulting in inaccurate information for my Commercial agents.

Agents in Multiply MC should be able to choose their primary MC
We have agents that joined MS MC to better services their LA Clients and now MS is primary MC and that's not the way they want it.

Rename "Set to Associate" Button to "Deactivate"
The "Set to Associate" Button name does not match its purpose. If you want to remove just the license then it would make more sense to say: deactivate license.

Tracking Appointments
On Command, there is a daily form that can be automated to go out to the team members requesting their daily appointments to be entered. In that form, you can separate appointments between different categories like buyer appointments, seller appointments, evaluations, showings, etc.
However, in the appointment tracker on the dashboard, it does not differentiate between types of appointments, but groups all appointments together. It makes conversion tracking more difficult. If Command could find a way to track # of appointments based on the different type of appt, it would be greatly helpful!

Bulk Actions (Activities, Tasks, Notes, Remove Tags, etc.)
Often times there is the same activity that needs to be added to multiple agents. The only way to do this is by selecting the agent then entering the activity, and then thee next agent and repeating this again and again. If we had the option for bulk activities and other items like is currently on the Command side for contacts, this would be a HUGE, huge timesaver. Thanks, Jake Tysiak

Input Prior Production for Associates
Can we get a way to ADD in, past sales to our Connect profile (for when referrals are being searched) for any agents who are new to KW, but not new to Real Estate. Mega Teams, smaller teams, and solo agents would LOVE this to show their value when someone is looking for a referral partner.

Agent record to Recruit Pipeline
When an agent leaves KW, have the ability to move their Agent record to the Recruit Pipeline to begin recruiting them back.

Connect the Join Anniversary and Cap Dates of current Associates into CommandMC

This would help keep the information we previously had on said recruits for future conversation and for Leadership references.
