Tracking Appointments
On Command, there is a daily form that can be automated to go out to the team members requesting their daily appointments to be entered. In that form, you can separate appointments between different categories like buyer appointments, seller appointments, evaluations, showings, etc.
However, in the appointment tracker on the dashboard, it does not differentiate between types of appointments, but groups all appointments together. It makes conversion tracking more difficult. If Command could find a way to track # of appointments based on the different type of appt, it would be greatly helpful!
