Dialing via CommandMC
The Market Center Team can benefit from this by calling recruits with the click of a button. This will save time and make the process of recruiting through phone calls more efficient.

Add a date tag when uploading the Heatseeker list each week into CommandMC. This will allow a TL to pull all names uploaded each week.
Each week a Heatseeker list is uploaded and most of the times the same agent is uploaded multiple times over a period of several weeks. It'd be great to pull the entire list that's uploaded for that week not just the new names to the list.
9 votesThis is discoverable by going to the Recruit Management tab in Recruits, then using Filters and choosing all Heatseeker scores, as well as selecting Date Created as Last 7 Days. This will show you all Heatseeker leads from the last week!

onboarding email
There is a major time delay between when we send the invite, an agent is ready to go and ready for their license to be pulled to when they actually complete the KWRI onboarding email. I would love for their to be a way for the Market Center to to take that back over instead of putting it into the agents hands.
3 votesHi there! We would suggest either a) sending the invitation sooner to when the agent receives their license information, or b) having Market Center Leadership sit with the agent to fill out the Joining Portal so that they can have more input in the process. :)

Recovering KW Emails of returning agents
Would love to see a "forgot password" to recover an old email for a returning agent, rather than hunting down old MC's to find who has the email verification code.

Send Returning Agent Verification Code to New MC (Onboarding)
When onboarding a returning agent, they have to reactivate their account. This comes up with a prompt to send a verification code to the old backup email on file (usually the MCA's email at their previous MC). We then have to reach out to the previous MC and coordinate a time to get that verification code from them so our agent can complete their profile. There should be a way to have the verification code come to the new MC instead.

Resend Associate KW Profile Invitation
Option to resend the Associate the KW Profile Invitation in case the Associate didn't receive it or they can't find it or they want it sent to another email.
Agents are get so many emails so it's easy for that email to be missed and if we can resend it so it's at the top of their inbox it would be most helpful
3 votesIf you go to the Recruiting Pipeline and click the three dots on the Recruit Card, you can choose "Withdraw Invite" and then send the invitation again!

Export Contacts (Recruits & Agents) Feature On MC side
Need an export contacts feature on the MC side of command. I am trying to go completely to command, but have to consult with my spreadsheets still when I want to do something in bulk, like copy/paste all agent emails from a particular group. We should also have a bulk actions section like the consumer side does.
