Compliance Applet - Remove auto 3 filters
Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

Commission Request Status on Compliance Applet overview
When searching opportunities through Compliance Applet, I would also like to see the status of the commission request. Is it submitted, opened, terminated?
We still have to go through full opportunity or search multiple times for one transactions to find if it's fully compliant.12 votes -

Add Referring Brokerage as Vendor Field
Change how agents input the outside referral, not by searching, or adding by the agent name, but searching /adding the brokerage, (where the MCA can have the broker / vendor library built, with the EIN already set up) then add the referring agent name as a separate, non-linked field. When agents move to other brokerages, that will cut down on maintenance of that library, and the MCA's will ensure the correct W9 information is used for the outside brokerages.

An agent applet showing compliance status for upcoming completions on Agent Homepage
Our Market Center relies exclusively on Command for document submissions and compliance coordination. A major problem we face is that agents frequently miss Command notifications regarding returned documents, often due to the high volume of emails they receive, or Command app notifications being dismissed due to the inability to view compliance requests effectively through the app.
My suggestion is to add a dashboard applet displaying the compliance status of upcoming completions to the Agents Command homepage. This could include completions within the next two to three weeks, or perhaps the next four to five completions regardless of date. It's unclear…

Adjust Notification Placement for Smoother Compliance Review Workflow
Currently, when reviewing multiple compliance documents, there's an issue where the notification placement interferes with workflow. After opening a form and selecting the "Approve" button in the bottom right corner, a notification appears stating "Your document has been successfully updated."
This message temporarily covers the action buttons, preventing users from immediately moving to the next form. Since it remains on screen for a few seconds, users are forced to wait before proceeding.
We would like to request that this notification be repositioned so it does not block the buttons, allowing for a more seamless and efficient review process.

In Compliance can we please get back the agent name
In an office with nearly 300 agents, it is hard to determine who the Opportunity belongs to since they removed the agent name in the line item view of Opportunities. It would save a lot of time if we don't heave to search for the agents name every time I need to process an Opportunity.

Restore Opportunity ID Hyperlink
After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.

Opportunity count by phase
It would be wonderful if when I click Filter so that I can select a compliance status, that the unit count would be there to the right again. It's awesome to know how many of each status are waiting for my eyes to review.

Compliance is very slow to open opps, folders and docs
Is something making clicking through compliance opportunities much slower? It's taking too long to open opportunities, folders, and documents since the recent upgrade/change.

Leadership Report that shows which opportunities are incomplete. We should then be able to download the report.
We have no easy way to download into Excel or Sheets, opportunities that have closed escrow, but are incomplete. We should be able to sort it by agent so that we can follow up with them to get the file complete and closed.

Make Auditing Opportunities Faster in Command
Right now, when you're auditing files in Command Compliance, you have to exit each opportunity and go back to the main compliance screen before opening the next one. This takes a lot of time—especially when reviewing many files.
My idea is to add "Next" and "Previous" buttons inside each opportunity so you can move from one to the next without going back to the main screen. This would make the process much faster and more efficient.
Why it matters:
Saves time and clicks for compliance coordinators
Speeds up the review process, especially in high-volume offices
Creates a smoother, more user-friendly…

Compliance
When an offer is Terminated, it would be great to have the Documents from Version 1 go right into version 1 and reset the file placeholders.... vs. agents "Updating" a single file. That way Broker/Legal can search older versions of Documents. Many associates/TC's dont know to use a new version - unless Broker catches it and advises a new version to be used.

Create an additional status of IN PROCESS which would be an alternative to RETURNED or APPROVED. Agents and TCs don't like the folders returned unless there is an issue with one of the documents already uploaded. IN PROCESS could mean that all docs uploaded are approved but there are still missing required documents to come further along in the transaction.

Document Rotation (Orientation). Two (2) items: 1) MC Admins used to be able to rotate documents that were submitted in a landscape orientation and review the upload to approve/return the document. Somewhere along the way, there was an update that causes the system to create a new version of a document when you have to re-orient the document before viewing it now (without a notice). Compliance Checklist (added functionality)
Compliance Checklists (Sort, prioritize or hidden option) Can we have an option that allows us at the MC level in the admin section to either: SORT the checklists to PRIORITIZE them based on our MC needs or HIDE outdated/replaced checklists? We do not want to remove old checklists, but the issue we run into is the agent comes into their folder, clicks the drop down and selects the first option they see (even if we rename the checklist to DO NOT USE). Compliance Emails to Different Email Address
We have rainmakers who want compliance emails to go to their admin but everything is pulled from one email in kw white pages for leads and such that should be separated. The rainmaker's profile for kw.com should be their email address and command emails for compliance should have another spot to put an administrative email address.
