Move "Your document has been successfully updated" banner away from the Approve/Reject Document buttons

The banner should be removed entirely or put in a place where it doesn't interfere with the "approve" "reject" buttons for the next document. Some agents file all sorts of documents that don't need to be reviewed for compliance so we have to wait for the banner to disappear to click into the next document. this adds rather wasteful time to compliance review. TY

Please please remove from compliance in Command the "Your document has been successfully update". It creates a delay and slows down compliance. Thank you!

While the display time is short the it prevents the next document from being processed until the banner disappears.
