Show Current Open Houses through End Time
If a consumer opens the app looking for open houses to go to, they currently only see future open houses rather than ones that are happening right now. That means that as soon as an open house starts, it is no longer visible in our app. Our competitors and our MLS's continue to show the open house until it is over.

Open houses do not show on app or website on the date they are scheduled. The open house is removed on the day of even before the open house has started. Someone searching for an open house is more than likely searching on the day of the open house as they are driving around a target area. The open house should display on the website and app until at least its scheduled end time if not the end of the scheduled day to improve visibility. This is how every other platform and website works.

Consumer app: The app should remove the open house icon after the open house has ENDED, not after it has STARTED. When looking at open houses on the app, the minute an open house starts, it no longer shows as an open house (unless one is scheduled in the future, like the next day). That makes it showing a consumer open houses kind of pointless. If I'm in a neighborhood and want to see what houses are open right then, I can't.
