Open houses do not show on app or website on the date they are scheduled. The open house is removed on the day of even before the open house has started. Someone searching for an open house is more than likely searching on the day of the open house as they are driving around a target area. The open house should display on the website and app until at least its scheduled end time if not the end of the scheduled day to improve visibility. This is how every other platform and website works.

Saved Searches and Neighborhood updates should allow a preference or setting to indicate the contact is looking for rental properties. Currently only for sale is available in the Saved Searches and neighborhood updates rarely show any rental listings even if there are several rentals available. This would be useful for a client looking for rentals or showing others how much they could average in the neighborhood by putting their property into property management.
