give us the ability to use market reports for towns and zip codes instead of neighborhoods
for my entire service area, which geographically is huge, there are only two neighborhoods available to select. both of which are incorrect. we do not have the ability to send market reports to any of our buyers, or sellers, from command. neighborhoods should be a specialty thing, thats in addition to the standard market report function. its backwords. EVERY kw agent should be able to use this function, regardless of their location. it should automatically default to town/city or zip code. and neighborhoods should be for those that want to go more in depth. not being able to send out market reports for our entire area is just not something that should happen in 2025.

It would definitely be helpful to have access to setup monthly neighborhood updates based upon the city or zip code. Every listing should have these attributes. Many times we have clients in an area that does not have a pre-defined neighborhood in Command.
Other times the pre-defined neighborhoods in Command may be very small with very few sales. So, the neighborhood updates are not as meaningful as a zip code or city update may be.
Another option is to use the subdivision field we have in our MLS that is often more accurate than the pre-defined neighborhoods in Command.

every time i contact kw tech im told that its up to me to contact the 3rd party that kw hired for this whole neighborhood nightmare to get it fixed for my area.
a. no, its not up to me to contact the company YOU hired for these neighborhoods.
b. when you contact the 3rd party you are told that they arent making any modifications to the neighborhoods.so its a vicious circle of zero help. just let us disable it entirely for ourselves and give us the ability to send out market reports and updates for towns. towns are used to enter properties into the MLS, not neighborhoods.
