Not an ideal solution for this issue, but this idea could help to make this issue a bit more manageable

Duplicate contacts often get automatically created in my personal account (Twilio messages, consumer site signups, ads, etc).
Moving the duplicate contact from my personal account to my team account requires a time consuming and tedious process. I must first eliminate any duplicate contact information from the personal contact, then move the contact to the team account, then manually merge the two contacts.
When moving a contact from the personal account to the team account, we should be prompted to merge duplicate contacts. Instead of receiving an error. This would save a tremendous amount of time and effort. An error occurred while saving the comment JOHN SIBLEY commented
This really detracts from the user experience of using twilio with a team account. Hopefully this can be changed ASAP.

It would definitely be helpful to have access to setup monthly neighborhood updates based upon the city or zip code. Every listing should have these attributes. Many times we have clients in an area that does not have a pre-defined neighborhood in Command.
Other times the pre-defined neighborhoods in Command may be very small with very few sales. So, the neighborhood updates are not as meaningful as a zip code or city update may be.
Another option is to use the subdivision field we have in our MLS that is often more accurate than the pre-defined neighborhoods in Command.

On the Consumer Site, add the ability to filter sold listings for a specified period of time (i.e., last 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, all time, etc). In some areas, it displays past sales going back 4-5 years or more. While it is great to enable access to this historical data, being able to narrow down on the last 6 - 12 months of sales is more meaningful for most consumers.

The same should apply when clicking links in a email notification sent to clients from a Command saved search. Currently, the links in the email notification direct the user to kw.com and not to the listing on the agent / team website.

RELATED: The link below shows one example of how duplicate personal contacts get created and must be manually merged with the existing contact in the team account.
