To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When uploading a banner to the KW agent website, I was surprised to see my banner shrouded under a filter that is not removable. This is not good for branding if you want to keep the colors and branding consistent this gray filter needs to be removed.   2. Several reusable modules generate heading order issues (skipped heading levels) and ARIA warnings in Lighthouse accessibility audits.

    Correcting heading hierarchy and ARIA usage at the module level would improve accessibility, screen reader navigation, and Lighthouse accessibility scores across all agent sites.

  3. Lighthouse audits show that agent sites load a large global JavaScript bundle where a significant portion is unused on many pages (especially the homepage).

    Splitting the main JS bundle by page type and conditionally loading features (search, maps, carousels, forms, etc.) would significantly reduce unused JavaScript, improve mobile performance, and improve Core Web Vitals such as LCP, TBT, and INP.

    This is a platform-level improvement that agents cannot address individually.

  7. Why can't we add the modules that are available for custom pages to default pages? Mostly just looking for a rich text module option on the about the agent page - the formatting for the default agent modules is terrible.

  8. Preventing script tags blocks the use of JSON-LD structured data, which is now the primary standard for SEO and AI discoverability. Allowing this tag enables Google, Bing, and emerging AI agents to properly parse rich data like FAQs, reviews, and local business info... directly boosting visibility and engagement in search results.

  9. There is only one contact card available on front landing page; I would like to create another contact form newsletters or other features. Trying to find a way to give an option for people to opt-in to my exclusive newsletter and automatically add contact to database from app. ☺️

  10. We need to know if the potential buyer is working an agent and this could be added in two ways:
    1. Add a Check box: Have you signed with a Buyer Agent?

    1. Add space for the name of the Agent that the buyer is represented by. (If the answer is "Yes")

  13. When I am in an Opportunity, and I input information into the "Description" under Details, the information that I input is showing up as html code in the App. Even if I type in plain text, in the app it is not showing up as anything but code.

  14. I would like to be able to create separate Lead Management Rules for my landing pages. Currently I have a landing page for people to sign up for my newsletter, when they complete the form the lead management rule will tag them newletter and add them to the newsletter smartplan. But I also want to landing page for people to request a real estate review but I would have to turn off my lead management rule because it will add those people to my database with the Newsletter tag and put them on the smartplan too.   15. Option to add a "Site Search" module OR search field to page navigation to allows visitors to search for specific keywords within the Agent/Team Site (not property search).

    Agents want visitors to their site to be able to search the published content of their KW Site, so they can help their clients more easily find a specific blog posts or resources they've shared.

  19. I’d like to propose a multi-category blog system enhancement for KW Command websites that allows agents to organize and display their content more effectively. Currently, all blog posts in Command exist as standalone pages under one generic “Blog” section, which limits both SEO optimization and user experience. The goal is to introduce a structure where agents can create and assign posts to categories such as Market Updates, Community News, Homeowner Tips, or Seller Guides.
