To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Right now we can add hyper specific neighborhoods, but not entire towns. Often times I have clients who are looking across an entire town, and they don't need emails from every single specific neighborhood, but what's happening broadly across a town.

    This would also be very helpful in being able to iframe onto pages if we're covering a large geographic area. For example, I have clients looking across Medford, MA, but have to individually select each neighborhood.

  2. I have my own custom neighborhood pages that highlight things to do, closeby public transit, and other links to the local area. One thing that would be helpful is being able to iframe the market data section specifically from the neighborhood page onto this. This way I don't have to manually update the page.

  3. When I click on a neighborhood in a profile, I'd like for it to stay on my personal branded page instead of getting redirected to the generic KW page.

  4. On the home page of our agent sites, make our name and location at the upper left corner larger than the company logo which is just below our name.

  5. I use Google voice regularly for most of my business communication. Is there a way to sync Google Voice with KW command? This way we can see all communication (calls (including duration) and texts).

  6. I have created content that I'd like to post on a landing page, which would require someone to fill out their contact information to access it. This way, I can create social media advertisements or post links on my marketing material to capture the lead's information.

    A good example of this is a "Condominium Buying Guide", where I can create a paid social media advertisement targeting potential condo homebuyers, with downloading that guide being the CTA. Then after they download it, it gives me an opportunity to follow up with them since they input their information.

  7. Remove Listing agent contact info from App when sharing properties. When I share listings to potential buyers as the Buyers agent I would not want the listing agents contact info on there

  8. Add a button to the top of the agent sites to Download their App. There isn't an easy way to direct consumers to download the app since the website updates.

  9. Link Featured Properties together on Agent Sites Homepage to enable smoother and quicker Forced Registration.
    When a user/visitor clicks open a property card from Featured Properties, provide a way to scroll through to another Featured Property from that page. This will enable an easier way to capture leads from the homepage within the forced registration settings you've chosen.

  13. It would be great for consumers to have the ability to subscribe to our blog and receive emails when a new blog is posted. It would also be nice if we could add current contacts to this list to receive them as well with the ability to unsubscribe from blog posts only and not all KW emails (ie smartplans).

  14. For Saved Search Notifications, have the option to get new listings immediately and other notifications like price changes or open houses daily or any variation of these selections that the client wants including daily vs weekly

  16. Hello,
    I am looking to manually change information displayed on the website instead of having it all pulled from the Marketing Profile. As well as manually updating the layout.
    If this isn't completely possible I would be able to personally code it in HTML if there is a way to replace the required Agent information and such.

  17. In order to help further customize our agent sites, the ability to reorder the module placement on our sites (Featured Properties, Testimonials, etc.) would be a useful enhancement for agents and associates to provide more variety in their homepage appearance for clients and site visitors.

  18. On a team agent site, there is no ability to provide an office address other than the address for the brokerage. We have a number of teams that have free standing offices and being able to provide that address to their clients on their website would be a great benefit.
