Once again...another great idea made over two years ago. A functionality that most other CRM's already have. And the KWRI tech team ignores it.
Does anyone at KWRI actually care about providing their agents with the best tools possible???

This common sense suggestion was made 2 years and 5 months ago... and ZERO progress toward implementation.
Does KWRI even give a **** about providing things that would help their agents?

I agree. Every other well built CRM out there has this basic CRM functionality.
In addition, we should be able to set a delay (for example 15 minutes) for emails/texts sent on day 1 and not be forced into the current "Send Immediately."
Of course, the fact that this suggestion was made 1 year and 8 months ago...and nothing has been done about it... shows how little interest KWRI has in providing the best tools to their agents.

The fact that this was initially recommended 1 year and 7 months ago...and is STILL not implemented...tells you all you need to know about how little KWRI cares about things that would make agent's lives better.
