Please allow Agents to delete any and all SYSTEM TAGS . Your Tags are not what i want and they are cluttering up my ability to set up a system that works best. Command should be something Agents can improve on and not be limited to what others think is best for the agents. Please allow us to DELETE System Tags They are in our way of being the best agents we can be.

Seems to me that when it comes to any issues with command , that these remarks just fall on deaf ears. Or perhaps now all that is being employed is a Bot points you to a thread. Here is a case of what should be a simple fix for whoever is responsible for code within command. and yet we see the requests rarely get any human intervention or a comment from those that have control to fix requests submitted. All that is offered to KW Agents that use it is to drop us in a thread and if enough people vote then perhaps a human who can actually make the change will look at it. What is the threshold that needs to be reached for somebody to fix something? The issue with System Tags for example was raised over 3 years ago and if 100 is the threshold it is likely another 6 years will pass before someone will even consider to look into this. Using command is very disheartening because there are so many things designed poorly from the start in regards to a Contact relationship Manager. Hope someone within the Top level of KW will read this and make some serious improvements in reviewing comments and increase the actual response rate to do something and not just collect comments.
