I have many agents who have recently left Command to Follow Up Boss because of their dailer. It is very simple to make and record calls in FUB and it now even listens to the calls and takes notes.

This! Command has all the best features in one location. The only thing its lacking is a built in dialer or the ability to integrate a dialer. I swear the only thing keeping me with follow up boss is the ability to generate quick calling lists when I'm touching base with my leads. Plus it's a lot easier to make rapid calls staring at my computer screen as oppose to having to go back and forth between my phone and my computer.
