    I come from a different CRM where I would create smart lists based on stages. I'm able to create stages using a custom field however I can't create my smart lists because I can't sort through via custom fields. Having this ability would make it a lot easier for me to stay on top of my leads. Thanks!

    This! Command has all the best features in one location. The only thing its lacking is a built in dialer or the ability to integrate a dialer. I swear the only thing keeping me with follow up boss is the ability to generate quick calling lists when I'm touching base with my leads. Plus it's a lot easier to make rapid calls staring at my computer screen as oppose to having to go back and forth between my phone and my computer.
