In my experience with other marketing platforms, there is only one mandatory field: e-mail.

All other fields are added as per goal. This way each Landing Page can be tailored to an specific objective.

    Examples of Goals: Fields

    — Newsletter: Email (+ Optional First Name)
    — Lead Magnet: First Name + Email (double opt-in to ensure real e-mails)
    — More info on the Listing: Full Name + Phone + Email + Optional Notes (+ any custom field)
    — Help Finding a Home: Full Name + Phone + Email + Neighbourhood + Notes (+ any custom field)
    — Recruitment: Full Name + Phone + E-mail + Address + Notes (+ any custom field)
    etc.

People are more likely to give more info to receive more value.

In order to achieve that, an essential feature to Landing Pages is the hability to create custom fields (similar to Google Forms) . The info gathered by those fields that can be added to the Contact as an Activity.

Furthermore, when possible, they can also be saved to the database associated to the form and then generate analyctics and graphics just like Google Forms. This would hugely help Agents to visualy understand the results.

Please check how form work in those platforms:
    www.mailchimp.com
    www.builderallmkt.com
    www.hubspot.com
    etc.
