Still amazes me that lot size was not originally included as a saved search feature. Not only do I have to use a second CRM to do saved searches, I am the MCTT of our office and this is, by far, the #1 thing keeping agents from switching to Command from their current systems.

This is true when we ran Christmas cards as well. We printed our Xmas list this year and it added about 75 names that were never intended to be on that list. Took awhile to figure out that the names came from "relations" in the contact cards. I reached out to support to let them know of this "obvious glitch" and I was told this was "by design". How in the world did the developers think we would even bother to filter our contacts only to have it print out random contacts anyway? As a note, no previous years did it do this. I hope this is fixed by next years cards because having to "clean up" the list made the process take about 4 times longer than it should have.
Agree with the others that this is the most common complaint I get in our market center. I am the MCTT and I currently have two teams and 3 individuals that will not make the switch to command because of no lot size in saved searches. The worst part is that, if the client sets up their own search, they have lot size available as a criteria. Only the agents currently have no access to this feature.
