KW to create a FSBO listing input form on our general KW property website (just like zillow has) where homeowners can list their property FSBO on our websites, one place for all FSBO's to enter their listing, and be syndicated to all KW agent websites, kinda counterintuitive but would do great things for us:
1. Allow us to show more property for sale, capturing more leads, and eliminate a huge unique advantage that zillow has over us.
2. These properties would show up on every KW agent's website, and when they click to contact, it comes back to us, instead of going to the homeowner through zillow. So more leads for us, as long as we train our buyers to use our sites!
3. Gives value tools to agents who work FSBO's to show them how to do this, and it would only be offered through KW agents, leading to more listings from FSBOs.
4. When the homeowner initially submits it we can ask for additional info, like the right to reach out, or how much they are offering a buyer's agent, etc. to give our agents a competitive edge
5. Gives credibility to our KW agent sites, when someone sees a house on zillow and then it's not listed on our site (because it's FSBO) then our sites slowly lose credibility with customers.
