    Yes, there needs to be an option in the dropdown menu for the agent assigned to the opportunity. Otherwise for each individual opportunity you have to manually assign to the agent every time an opportunity is created. It makes the workflow not worth using for the agents because the admins don't want to be assigning a million tasks to the agent responsible for that opportunity.
