Add SmartPlans Column for Contacts Table View
Add SmartPlans to Available Columns to appear in SmartView allowing agent to see all SmartPlans contacts are associated with.

In the Contacts applet, create a column showing contacts who are currently on a SmartPlan, were previously on a SmartPlan, or are have never been on a SmartPlan. It can be as simple as a Green, Yellow, or Grey symbol indicating their SmartPlan status, or it could be as complex as showing which SmartPlan they are/were on. (feature common in BT, Brivity, and CINC)

Agents would like to ensure that all of their contacts/leads are on an active SmartPlan. Current functionality only allows agents to check individual contact records to see if any active SmartPlans exist. By creating a column and filter in Contacts for this, agents would have the ability to efficiently identify any contacts that are not currently on an active SmartPlan and add them to one.
