To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. The "Total Units" field on the commission tab sits under the property information. This is confusing to agents as when agents think of "Units" they think of apartments not sales. So agents are putting 3 units for a 3 Family Home. This needs increased clarity on what belongs there, and should default to 1.

  2. We often time have more than just 2 clients selling a home. I have personally had up to 5 and they all used different contact information. It would be very beneficial to have the ability to add more than two clients to a single opportunity.

  3. Within opportunity checklists: having the ability to repeat the task just as it is starting from the task tab. When an opportunity is moved to a new stage, the repeating items either have a pop-up to complete, archive, or delete.

  4. Fix the KWLS system so that we may enter our listings into Command under the Offers and Commissions Tab and Accept an offer so that we can enter the commission information in order to get paid.

  5. Right now, when creating a checklist for the team you must assign the task to one of the teammates specifically. However, we have multiple agents that utilize these checklists. If we could assign the tasks to the agent assigned to the deal that would be helpful. This would ensure that the tasks are being assigned to the correct agent.

  6. Thinking this is a little thing with a big impact - When an agent submits a commission and needs to add a referral fee, bonus, or deduction. It would be great if the Extra payment option to add these items was on the main screen of the commissions towards the top. Right now there is some confusion as to how to find it through multiple clicks and scrolling. Thank you.

  7. I had 2 transactions fall through on my listing. I have a 3rd in place but I cannot remove the original parties to the transaction or even update them. New buyer has new lender, inspector, etc but can't change from the original. It looks like that's the only section that cannot be updated.

    You should be able to remove Parties to the Transaction by following the process outlined in our answers.kw.com article here: https://answers.kw.com/hc/en-us/articles/14737258211219-Associate-Transaction-Vendors-With-an-Opportunity-Parties-to-the-Transaction#:~:text=View%20Vendor%20Details,in%20the%20details.

  8. Compliance workers will leave a note next to a document and reject the document. Agents can't respond because they don't know the worker's handle. They have to @their MCA to get a response. I used to be the Compliance Manager for my office and recently had to wait until transmital was over to get a contract approved. The compliance worker wanted me to choose one of the boxes in Section 31 of our contract. The trouble was that section did not apply to this house.   9. A lot or acreage listing that does not have a street number cannot be entered into Offers & Commissions. i.e. Lot 3, Countyline Road, City, State, or 0 Toney School Road, City, State, or 3 acres, Red Robin Rd, City, State. To have accurate reports all transactions need to be accounted for.

  10. Since KW is requiring agents to link the property an opportunity is for to KWLS search, please update the logic to show properties closest to where I do business

  11. When the key dates are filled out in the Opportunity, it would be great if an automatic task was created that says "Inspection Due" (or whatever that topic is) that is assigned. There would be an option similar to checklists on who would be assigned those tasks.

  12. I think that there is a great need to add advanced search features to the Opportunities. There are many opportunities belonging to one client and I log them into Opportunities. But I need to filter these opportunities by tags. It would be very helpful if we could do this in the same way as Contacts.

  13. Show transaction summary in a Total Calculation line.

    Add on All Opportunities a summary line calculating the totals of transactions and amounts.

    Additionally, the Goals report in the Reports applet will show all of your transaction amount totals!

  14. It would be very usefull if the pipeline checklist tasks with due dates assigned were included in the Tasks List. So all the days' tasks are in one spot, and you don't have to open each opportunity separately to see what is due for the day on that opportunity.

  15. The compare offer feature in the Offer & Commissions tab is missing a critical piece, it does not include the seller contributions.

  16. When splitting documents on the drop down allow to type in the form you are looking for such as RPA vs having to scroll to find....

  17. When you update the status in the Key Information box to Under Contract and put the contract date and estimated closed date, those dates transfer into the Offer Details when creating the Commissions tab.

  18. This is a suggestion - we are a listing oriented company. I would prefer to have the rental section default to Landlord instead of Tenant in the Type field.

  19. Having the option to have opportunity tasks auto assign to a team member or team admin. Right now we run into the issue where the opportunity tasks are sitting unassigned in the team tasks.

  20. We already have the ability to send emails that tasks are completed. As a rainmaker it would be nice to have agent only seen tasks that have been completed as we do not always want our clients to see all the tasks that have been done.
