Opportunities - Lease
This is a suggestion - we are a listing oriented company. I would prefer to have the rental section default to Landlord instead of Tenant in the Type field.

When creating Opportunities, Type now includes Landlord and Tenant in the dropdown so that you can easily choose which you'd like to create!
