Automatically Create Tasks with Key Dates
When the key dates are filled out in the Opportunity, it would be great if an automatic task was created that says "Inspection Due" (or whatever that topic is) that is assigned. There would be an option similar to checklists on who would be assigned those tasks.

When setting up the opportunities task once you set a closing date for the opportunity the task date will auto fill. For example once you set your contract date on the opportunities it will be automatic send you a task reminder 9 days from the contract date.
