Include "Seller Contributions" in Offer Comparison
The compare offer feature in the Offer & Commissions tab is missing a critical piece, it does not include the seller contributions.

There are now "Seller Costs" available in the Offer input process! They are in Part 3, Terms. :)

It would be helpful to include a row for "seller contributions" before the summary.
I just entered 3 offers, 2 of them are asking for the seller to contribute $$ toward the buyer's closing costs. Please. Thanks.
