"Total Units" field on "Create Commission" tab needs more clarity
The "Total Units" field on the commission tab sits under the property information. This is confusing to agents as when agents think of "Units" they think of apartments not sales. So agents are putting 3 units for a 3 Family Home. This needs increased clarity on what belongs there, and should default to 1.

Agents are currently able to edit the units for their Commissions tabs. This has become a huge issue where, particularly for apartments or multi-family sales, agents are putting in how many units are in the actual building that they sold, not that they get 1 unit for the sale. Please remove their ability to edit this! If it can't be removed, can it at least be moved somewhere else or labelled more clearly so that this doesn't happen?

@ariel kimmel Check out Chris Tobek's response.
Move the field away from the address-related fields and have it appear only in the context of agent splits. Everyone is mistaking it for # of units in the building, Use same terminology as previous version. Our Market Center closed units and MCA's are not catching these all the time.

This should default to 1 and be moved from the edit offer page to the commission breakdown page. It needs to be separate from the property information breakdown.

I think that the idea to make 1 a default would be helpful and maybe if it was a different word other than unit like side, meaning side of the transaction.

My thoughts on this are to maybe move the location of this box. The units question generally gets asked when doing the associate break down of the commission. That seems like a better place for this. If it were to stay here maybe putting a default 1 in there considering that most transactions are going to be 1 unit.

This will be great and much less confusing for agents !
