    I have had this happen to my MC, another MC added our MLS id and all of our listings went over to them. It was a nightmare to fix. Having a failsafe of duplicates would save a lot of heart ached and pain in the long run.

    The rich text box should have the ability to have more font options like color and some basic fonts. It should also allow for ease of image insertion for size and for adding content next to pictures.

    Cobrokers are Key Parties. It was nice to have that information in the opportunity for several reasons. One, it made it easy to have their information at hand if you needed to reach out to them. Two it made filling out the cobroker section in Commissions easy because they were already in there.
