Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!


When not to submit to ideas:

If you see something working incorrectly or receive an error message, this is considered a bug. Please submit these to Support through the Support Chat by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the application page.

  1. A do not contact icon next to contact name

    Say you tag a group of people you met at an event, but 1 person prefers you not contact them through command. They prefer to contact you themselves so you do need their contact information saved. It would be great to have a do not contact icon right next to their name to easily pick them out of the tagged group when setting up smartplans or sending twilio texts.

    Hi there! A great workaround for this would be to create a tag called "Do Not Contact" or something similar, then filter your Contacts by this tag!   2. Types of Sales Contracts

    It would be great to be able to select the type of Listing Agreements and Sale Type for agents in command when uploaded for our admin such as a Residential, Commercial or One Time Listing Agreement and designate the required fields.

    For example in Chautauqua County Attachment A is not required and a Property Conditional Disclosure is not required with a Commercial Listing.

    I'm a newbie so forgive me if I have noticed this....perhaps our office can set it up on the backend.

  3. Completely delete address book

    You should allow agents to delete all contacts and start over. I am new to KW and wasn't told to go through my contacts before uploading them so my KW address book is a disaster. I'd like to wipe all of them (not archive) and upload a clean version from my iPhone.

  4. alerts on phone

    This would be a great feature to the app if you are alerted of clients anniversary - and bithdays. In addition or even better if it links to your google calendar

    Hi there! The Command App currently has this functionality on the home page. When you open the app, you will see all Contacts with Birthdays and Anniversaries coming up in the Birthday and Anniversary widget.
