Completely delete address book
You should allow agents to delete all contacts and start over. I am new to KW and wasn't told to go through my contacts before uploading them so my KW address book is a disaster. I'd like to wipe all of them (not archive) and upload a clean version from my iPhone.

You are able to delete all contacts by first archiving and then deleting all. For more information about how to delete archived contacts, check out this answers article.
