Allow Termination of Lease Type Opportunities
There are occasions when a rental transaction has a Commission entered and for one reason or another needs to be terminated. (deal falls through/it was a test commission created) As with a sale, we should be able to terminate the Commission.

It is very frustrating to have to leave dead/duplicate Commissions open for rentals since there is no option to delete. The only work around is to Submit it, Approve it and then terminate it in winmore. Very inefficient!!
