Export Opportunities List
In Command MC, add the functionality to run and export reports in order to obtain a snapshot view of all opportunities for an agent with available filters applied. Could be for a single agent, a group of agents, or MC-wide. Particularly where the opportunity is in a particular phase/stage like returned or opened. At this time there is no reporting functionality tied to Opportunities. We are always talking about tracking our numbers and yet there is no way to save a record. This could be a residual effect of this reporting function.

Download Opportunities from Command MC to Excel/PDF/whatever you use
I'm looking for the ability to download the opportunities from the main Opportunity screen in Command MC so they can be sorted by date/agent/Opportunity #. Our Market Center keeps track of how many closed/pending against the number of Opportunities. We find we can call those who haven't submitted their commission request as we try to keep a close eye on what is projected to close for the remainder of the month.
Our findings are that agents either forget to submit the commission request after they've submitted the documents for compliance or they believe submitting for compliance also submits the commission request. If we can down load the opportunities, we can bounce those against the closed/pending to see who we need to call to help get their closing across the finish line.
