We work hard to keep all aspects of the transaction and actions needed or taken inside of the opportunity. It's our one-stop-shop for everything related to each transaction.

We currently tag agents in the "Closed Stage" of the Documents Tab to notify them they've been paid, and when/how any cobrokers, referrals, or seller excess checks have been released.

It would be VERY helpful to have a button for MCA's to use that auto-tags the Opportunity as "Paid Out" and sends a pre-formatted Command Notification (with a companion email) to notify the Agent when commissions, cobrokers, referrals, and seller excess has been paid (and how). The function should allow for custom messages based on the type of transaction (Seller, Buyer, Landlord, Tenant) and parties involved (kw agents, outside agents, seller excess, referrals paid). That same button's click-action should also auto-upload the DA to the Closed Stage for agents to refer to for their records.

This is a major pain point that would be solved for Solo and Team Agents as well as MCA and Agent Services and Transaction Coordinators. A large percentage of email communications between those parties asking about status updates would be eliminated.
