Recruit Checklist Customization (Default Assignees, Smart Due Dates, R1/R2 Dependencies, etc.)
In Command MC, while you can create default checklists which auto apply to all recruits, rather than have to spend time individually assigning tasks within the current contact card, we should have the ADDITIONAL ability to set "some" default assignments and automatic due dates within the default checklist.
i.e. Send Onboarding Package in the 'Join in Process" stage could be an item that is auto assigned to the MCA and automatically have a due date within 24 hours of being moved into that stage.
In addition, Some items may be applicable to both R1 and R2 but some might only be for one, so it would be great to default this as well and select whether the item applies to all.
i.Ie. R1's may have a one-on-one with the in house tech Trainer, whereas as R2 would be scheduled with the Regional Tech Ambassador.

We need to be able to auto-assign tasks to a role when the checklist applies to make it work well inour systems.

We need to be able to auto-assign tasks to a role when the checklist applies or it doesn't really work for our systems.

When adding a smartplan such as Quarterly Call Plan to a recruit, it would be great if those tasks would automatically get assigned to the assignee. QCP does not allow you to assign the call step to anyone.

Currently our MC has over 9k tasks which came from the recruiting pipeline and have not been completed because nobody is getting notifications that the task has been added to the list. When we move an agent to a new phase of the pipeline we should get a pop out menu on the screen prompting us to assign the tasks in that phase a due date and assign them to a specific MC staff member.

Ability to keep the assignee in the stage check list. Right now when you move an agent from a phase and there is a checklist then you still have to go back in the check list as assign someone their task per the check lsit. Becomes time consuming especially if you have a long onboarding checklist.

We're trying to use the recruiting pipeline tool for onboarding by creating a stage called onboarding and then creating a checklist to use everytime. The problem is that we have tasks going to 4 different people, and the checklist creation tool doesn't allow delegation. The only way to delegate would be to manually delegate each and every time a recruit enters that stage and the checklist gets triggered -- and that kind of defeats the whole purpose. This would be an easy way to get some tech leverage for offices...

In our pipeline, we have many tasks in the different stages which are all assigned to different people in the market centre. It would save so much time to have the tasks already assigned so when you move someone in that new stage and into that task list, that the assignees already get their tasks and you don't have to go enter everything manually each time there's a new recruit moving through the pipeline stages.
