I'd like to see a tiered structure based on agent count for groups.
In our region, we have alot of Mega groups - think 30+ people. I have in my MCs a bunch of smaller groups (under 10 people) that do impressive numbers but they will never get recognized for awards because the mega teams just outproduce them significantly. I'd like to see us filter our groups based on agent count of the team so that the smaller groups can get some recognition as well.

This would be amazing! It would help truly compare apples to apples. Someone with a 3 person team is never going to place in ranking against a 15-20 person team
