To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

When not to submit to ideas:

If you see something working incorrectly or receive an error message, this is considered a bug. Please submit these to Support through the Support Chat by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the application page.

  1. Add Transaction Coordinator as Vendor Type

    Within Command Vendors, please add an option for Transaction Coordinator. We have 4 outside independent TCs that are commonly used by our agents.

    As Command is now, every time they fill in their info in the Commission opportunity section, it's duplicating records.

  2. Customize MAPS Coaches' CommandMC Access

    As MAPS Leadership Coaches, our coaching will be more accurate and effective if we had the ability to have view only access to our leadership client's Command MC.

  3. Customize Commission Request Fields

    As a Market Center, we need the same customization functions in Cloudmore/Commissions that we had with Greensheets.

    In Greensheets we are able to add required fields to the forms agents use to submit their greensheets/commission requests. In Command, this is not an option for us. This is causing us massive operational problems.

    The fields in commissions is not a one size fits all situation. We need the ability to customize these fields per each Market Center. KWRI created the ability to customize checklist for compliance. This same function should be extended to the MCA's for commission requests. Not having this…
