How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Since the administration applet now shows the DBA info on file from Franchise Systems, it would be helpful it this could populate into the Directory applet as well so that Regions have visibility and we stop bottle-necking information.

  2. We have several vendors in our red carpet vendor program that do not fit into any of the pre-made categories in the Vendor Type list. So to input them, we would have to put them in an incorrect category. If we do not have the option to add custom categories (preferred solution), is there a way you can add "Other" as a category for those vendors that don't fit into the ones KW gives as an option?

  3. The rainmaker of an expansion team should have the ability to work out of one Command account - the ability for the rainmaker to view opportunities in both brokerages.

  4. Within Command Vendors, please add an option for Transaction Coordinator. We have 4 outside independent TCs that are commonly used by our agents.

    As Command is now, every time they fill in their info in the Commission opportunity section, it's duplicating records.

  5. If you are in a team roster and need to look further into an agent profile, you have to go out of the team, to associates and look them up individually. This can be incredibly time-consuming when working with larger teams. It would be great to be able to access individual agents' profile while in a team roster!

  6. Wondering if we can add a "Reviewed" option for compliance? Like Approved and Returned. We are seeing confusion in our offices and frustration because they see that red returned. Would it be possible to have a reviewed option in Yellow or something? Thanks!

  7. I would like to be able to share Opportunity Task lists within the stages for other agents, much like we share smartplans. This would be helpful to promote consistency over our MC and would also make onboarding of new agents easier by creating systems for them to follow.

  8. As a market center with a business center it would be IMMENSELY helpful to be able to tag associates (rather than individual opportunities so that they autopopulate every opportunity) with a location (MC vs BC) ID tag in order to sort as closings are processed.

  10. As a Market Center, we need the same customization functions in Cloudmore/Commissions that we had with Greensheets.

    In Greensheets we are able to add required fields to the forms agents use to submit their greensheets/commission requests. In Command, this is not an option for us. This is causing us massive operational problems.

    The fields in commissions is not a one size fits all situation. We need the ability to customize these fields per each Market Center. KWRI created the ability to customize checklist for compliance. This same function should be extended to the MCA's for commission requests. Not having this…
