Allow Eventbrite HTML
Allow EventBrite as an approved HTML - my agents use this to run their client events and want it on their KW site instead of sending them to the EventBrite site.

Local MLS Stats Embed (InfoSparks from ShowingTime)
Agents need to be able to automate sharing real estate market stats. May boards use stat provided by showingtime. The tool is sometimes called something different on different real estate boards.

Make Neighborhoods Clickable in KW App
Bring back the ability to see neighborhood info pages by clicking on the neighborhood in consumer APP. This was an incredible tool for clients that has disappeared with the update.

Better Image size customization for custom pages/landing pages and the rich text editor
There has to be an easier way to size images on custom pages and landing pages than what is currently being used.

Update estimated monthly tax pmt to reflect new sales price, not an old one.
Have the monthly pmt widget show an accurate monthly tax pmt at the new offer price, not the old selling price. Often times homes that sold 20 years ago have a tax basis 5 to 10 X less than current market values. This means that the widget shows a tax payment which is incredibly low and inaccurate.
Example: A home is on the market for $1.3M yet the widget shows a monthly tax pmt of $91/mo, based on a 1995 selling price of $135k.
The correct estimated tax pmt should be ~1% of the $1.3M price, which is $1,083/mo.1 vote -
Do Not Allow WhatsApp Numbers in Lead Forms
My lead inbox has filled with spam and bots using a WhatsApp number as their sole source of contact. They are not legit leads, so I propose each lead gets flagged if they type the word.

Allow Agent to View Consumer Created Saved Searches
Many other CRM's allow you to view your client's saved searches. This is vital to understand what homes your clients are seeing. We also need a BCC feature on saved searches so we get notified when a client gets notified of a new home in their search parameters.

KWI Reports
I’d like to raise a concern regarding the Market Center Associate Rankings (or Agent Rankings by type) no longer being available on the KWI website. We now have to download the report from Command, which we’ve been doing in order to continue sending it out to all KW Heritage agents on a monthly basis.
However, we’ve received some negative feedback—mostly related to the layout of the new report. It's not as user-friendly, especially on mobile devices, and has proven harder to read.

Allow agents to have the same access to their "Collections" via Command App as they do on thier desktop
Search & edit our "Collections" that we created in Command on our app please.
Access to what we can do in Command on our laptop/desktop should be the same via our smartphone apps as more and more agents use our phones to conduct business now.

Allow agent to set up a lead management rule based on a specific landing page. Under "source" the options are; 1. Landing Page, 2. KW Landing Page, 3. KW Landing Page (site), and 4. Neighborhood Landing Page. In this section, the agent should be able to choose WHICH landing page.

Add Extra Security to Contact Forms
We're currently getting way too many spam leads through our agent websites. It would be great to see a multi-factor authentication or something saying that "I'm not a human" before people submit a form that can help alleviate the amount of spam leads that come in through the websites.

Listing List Module with neighborhood filter
Listing List Module with neighborhood filter - having the ability to add a search filter by neighborhood to the listing list module. I would love to build out a custom page for a particular community, with the ability to add a listing list module for just that community. The keyword filter is not reliable enough for this. I know we have neighborhood pages

Increase the radius of the map search on locations.kw.com
On locations when a prospect searches a town in a rural location the map zooms in so much that it often returns no results making people think that there are no KWs in that area. If the map didn't zoom in quite as much more often the note the user would receive results.

Property Search Sold Limited by Time
The Sold and Rented properties on the search are great, but they need to be limited by time. When you search active, you don't need that limitation, but for sold properties, we're now returning properties sold any time. Zillow limits this by replacing the listing by address - each address can have only one listing, the most recent sale or status, but the MLS uses unique MLS numbers which will get assigned each time the property is listed.
