Photos on site/app
I sold a gorgeous property. buyer requested MLS remove photos except primary one post closing. Now my KW app/site only shows google view or nothing at all. Please fix it so that the primary photo can still be shown, as it in on my MLS

Invite contacts to create / activate an account on the agent / team website
Currently our clients must manually navigate to create an account on our agent and team websites. Assuming they use the same email address we have on their contact record, Command will link the agent site connection.
We need the ability to send Command contacts an invitation via text or email to "activate" their agent site connection. This would significantly increase the conversion rate of contacts creating an account on the consumer sites.

About us not getting results from the ads placed on Command.
Recently, me and many of my consultant friends from our office have been receiving almost zero response (leads) when we place sponsored ads on Command.
I tried to explain this situation in a mini survey that I came across on my Command page recently.
We discovered something like this. The sponsored ad we place through Command appears in front of people in the region we choose, the person clicks on it to get information, and then two boxes appear, which he must tick as I have sent in the attachment. Collapse Page Types on Website Expert Mode
Option to collapse pages and modules by category on home page. It is very cumbersome to scroll through all the blog posts to get to the custom pages, and HTML and so on.

Require Phone Number, City, and State for Forms
It would be useful if the person contacting thorugh the Website had to fill in not only their names and e-mails, but phone number and city and state. Too many spam e-mails come through there. Thank you!

Change Home Valuation Format to $xxx,xxx
when the customer gets the home valuation, it comes like $527.18K. The consumer does not understand. Prefer it to look like $527,180. Zillow, Realtor etc show in that format.

Zoho Desk Web Form Feedback Widget
As MCTT I use this on a landing page distributed to Market Center Agents, providing them a place to log support tickets relating to KW Technology in our Market Center. The widget is secured via Captcha and resopnses are handled off site.

Users Choose Personal or Team Account
Team Account - Client exists in both Personal and Team accounts. Their Personal account is the one associated with (Agent Site Connection) I prefer to only have the contact in the Team account vs the Personal account. What will happen if I delete the contact from the Personal account? Show Vendors' Emails and Phone Numbers
While it is nice to have our Vendors listed on our website, the fact that the only contact info that is listed is a website is extremely limited. Not all vendors have a website. And the input screens do ask for email and phone but again that info is not translated over to the website view for the consumer. Frankly it looks like we are going to have to create something separate for ourselves.

Make Contact Information Clickable on Meet the Team Page
When you click on a team member through the Meet the Team page on the new Team Sites, the phone number, email, and website are not hyperlinks. They appear as though they would be, but you are not able to click on them. This would make things much easier for clients.

Auto-Login for Consumer App
The current functionality of the app auto-logs people out every day. It is a pain for clients to have to log in. Every time they want to use our app and highly discourages people who don't have a password manager on their phone. Let's make the process simple and seamless it keeps them logged in for 30 days before having to re-enter their password. It doesn't seem like they are storing highly confidential information on the app so it's quite unnecessary to log them out every single day.

Show Pending Properties in Site Search
When searching on KW websites, consumers should automatically be able to see listings that are PENDING SALE, not just ACTIVE ones.
Our competitors do NOT rely on a Pending filter to show the same info (check out Zillow & Howard Hanna - they make it easy). Therefore we are making our site less valuable to consumers and our agents.
- Agents want calls on their Pending listings to capture leads.
- Buyers want to easily find data on houses they drive by, regardless of their status.
- Sellers want to be able to search quick selling houses to find out which agent accomplished…

Make Open House Information on Property Page More Obvious
Open House info is very time sensitive and should be displayed at the top of the consumer site details page in red just under the property address so it is one of the first things a consumer see when visiting a property online.
