To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  2. Currently our clients must manually navigate to create an account on our agent and team websites. Assuming they use the same email address we have on their contact record, Command will link the agent site connection.

    We need the ability to send Command contacts an invitation via text or email to "activate" their agent site connection. This would significantly increase the conversion rate of contacts creating an account on the consumer sites.

  3. Additional display toggle options are needed to add legal text and links from the "Compliance" section of the Marketing Profile to display more prominently on Page Headers, within Page Navigation Menus, or modules on the Homepage, so these links and disclaimers have greater visibility, based on the Agent's local compliance rules or personal preferences.

    Licensing bodies will often require Licensed Agents that have professional websites to include specific links or legal verbiage on the homepage to remain compliant. For some organizations, including required content in the legal footer section at the very bottom of the page is NOT sufficiently compliant.

  4. Today, agent sites do not fully exploit their potential as a lead capture tool. And this is a huge waste, because through the Campaigns module, we can create campaigns on the Google Display Network and remarket our contacts, which is very powerful. But unfortunately we cannot use this, because we have to direct the leads to the website.

    And on the website, the experience of requesting contact with the agent is not at all intuitive:

    First, the lead needs to click on 'Contact KW' (which could be translated as 'Send Message')

    Second, a popup appears for them to log in,…

  5. It would be useful if the person contacting thorugh the Website had to fill in not only their names and e-mails, but phone number and city and state. Too many spam e-mails come through there. Thank you!

  8. I'm from Portugal and I want to use the default form on a landing page I am creating.
    Unfortunately in the phone number it comes with the area code of the USA as default. There is no possibility to personalize the form to have the portuguese or any other area code as the default. This causes portuguese numbers to be invalid (as simple as it is to change the area code in the website some clients might not understand it).

  9. when the customer gets the home valuation, it comes like $527.18K. The consumer does not understand. Prefer it to look like $527,180. Zillow, Realtor etc show in that format.

  11. Currently, the transparent header feature on agent websites offers great flexibility for sleek, modern design. However, when agents use a logo with white, it becomes invisible when the user scrolls down, as the background becomes opaque. This creates a branding issue, as the logo essentially disappears from the site view.

    I would suggest introducing an option to upload an alternate logo specifically for use when the header transitions from transparent to a solid background. This way, agents can maintain consistent branding across all scrolling states, ensuring that their logos remain visible and recognizable throughout the entire user experience.

  15. Agents should have the ability to click a button to email a collection to the assigned contact from the dashboard. This could look like a pre-formatted email with a text box that can be edited to say "here, look at these houses I found for you today" and include each listing in a list format below the copy with images and links, displaying basic information as well (Price, Address, MLS Number, Etc).

  16. When creating a collection, editing it is a nightmare. One must complete the filters each time when making adjustments to the results. Each collection should auto-safe the criteria so when you edit a collection, you don't have to start over again.

  17. When creating a collection, we can currently circle the map to identify a custom area, but once we're beyond that step there's never an opportunity to revisit the map at any point for reference on the consumer side unless they click on the property. This would be helpful on both on the agent side in command and on the consumer results page. Mapping is a major necessity in a home buyer's search experience.

  18. While it is nice to have our Vendors listed on our website, the fact that the only contact info that is listed is a website is extremely limited. Not all vendors have a website. And the input screens do ask for email and phone but again that info is not translated over to the website view for the consumer. Frankly it looks like we are going to have to create something separate for ourselves.

  20. The new website agent website automatically allows you open houses to populate. There should be a option to remove this off your website. Here is my concern I do not always feel comfortable at all open houses.
    I understand the general public can find open houses, but the general public should not be able to pin point where agents are every weekend.
    Right now if someone was to attain my phone number they can google me. Then my agent website comes up automatically. Then the first thing you are seeing on my website is where I am.
