Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Integrating Google Tag Manager into our KW websites. Since our sites are run off the Brightspot platform, and they have an integration with Google Tag Manager:
    https://www.brightspot.com/documentation/brightspot-integrations-guide/latest/google-tag-manager, it would be awesome to have the possibility to do that.

    This would allow our agents and teams to have access to advanced analytics for their websites

    Are we able to look into if we are able to integrate this for our agents? Or if not, can we have a reason as to why it's not possible?

  2. Attached is a recently released you tube video of "Compass One" platform. This platform enables consumers and agents to work collaboratively for buyers and sellers. Includes tasks for clients, time lines, document storage, CMA, and property collections. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLNOvy6cFeE

    is this idea feasible in command now or coming on a future roadmap?

  3. Whenever you're searching for homes on your agent websites, I've noticed that a lot of past listings for current homes for sale show up before the actual live listing. They will either be listings that sold previously or have expired. If there is a way to remove or hide those listings, that would be great. It gets really confusing for agents and clients when searching for homes and finding the actual live listing.

  4. Why can't we add the modules that are available for custom pages to default pages? Mostly just looking for a rich text module option on the about the agent page - the formatting for the default agent modules is terrible.

Reconozco la importancia del Inglés al trabajar con una empresa norteamericana, sin embargo al existir un mercado tan amplio de habla hispana, tanto en agentes como clientes, es indispensable contar con material correctamente traducido. Command es una excelente herramienta pero muchos agentes me exigen la traducción total y no a medias en diferentes pestañas de Command, Connect, KW APP y sitios del Agente. Importante empezar a asentar esto en nuestra compañía. La traducción en la opción de Command no es al 100%.

  6. All of our agents at our MC utilize Testimonial Tree as their hub for all of their testimonials (similar to Real Satisfied). We would like this approved so our agents can embed their Testimonial Tree landing pages onto their KW Agent Site.

When TC's try to setup a Zoom phone there is a requirement that the site has a disclamer that reads: By providing a telephone number and submitting this form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Keller Williams Honolulu. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messaging.

  8. I’d like to suggest the following features for the KW Site's Traffic Dashboard:

    • Visitor Counts: Total number of visitors over a specific time frame.
    • Traffic and Lead Sources: Specific breakdown of where visitors and leads are coming from, over a specific time frame (e.g., KW Paid Ad - Facebook, KW Paid Ad - Google, Smartplan, Direct Visits, etc).
    • Page Views: Number of pages viewed by visitors, indicating engagement levels.
    • Overall Traffic: Total visitors and unique users
    • Demographics: Information about visitors’ locations, devices, and other characteristics.

  10. Reformat the layout of individual blog post pages. Currently, the head, subhead, and publish date are offset to the left of the photo and text of the post. It looks like a mistake and is very imbalanced & unprofessional.

  11. When viewing my KW website—or any other KW agent's site—in Firefox or Chrome, there is a brief moment before the page loads where you can see icons and text.

    I shared the issue with my web designer who thinks it's because KW agent sites do not have a pre-loader.

    Consider adding one or otherwise address this issue because it looks like a mistake.

  13. Within the Expert Mode Website Editor, users have the ability to add a Custom Video to the background of the Listing Search Module on the Homepage and Property Landing Pages via the "Featured Image/Video" section.

    When creating Custom Site Pages and Standalone Landing Pages, Associates would like to add video to Page Header sections, but this functionality is not available in the templates for these pages. On other pages, there is only the option to select static "Background Image" from the Website Content Library.

  14. Currently, there is no option for KW Consumer users, the Agent, or KW Tech Support to edit the email address associated with their account after they've signed up.

    Under Account Settings, their only options are to edit their Name, Location, Update their Password, or Delete their account.

    If the user wants to use a different email address for Consumer, their only option is to create a new account under that email address, which requires them to reconnect to their KW Agent under a different Contact in Command and start over from scratch with none of their existing Saved Searches or…

  15. I am in the Agent Service role at my Brokerage and communication with our agents is difficult. I would like an APP that I could post in like we do our Facebook group page. I feel that it is hard to get them to sign into FB, but if there were an app that they could download that would alert them to just our notifications that would be an extremely helpful app

  16. When a property is listed on multiple MLS boards for areas that overlap, please have the App and Agent website remove those duplicates so that it only shows one of them. I am in an area of Punta Gorda, FL where multiple MLSs overlap and so most properties are listed in both, sometimes 3 or 4 MLS boards. When I view them in the KW App and website they show up as duplicates. This is very frustrating for my customers having to scroll through multiple copies of the same listing. Sites like realtor.com and zillow.com don't show duplicates like this.

  18. Integrating an RSS feed from the blog pages would be great to allow agents to utilize it for their social media accounts.

  19. As of now, when adding a video shot in portrait mode (like on a mobile phone), the video will look fine if viewing an agent site on mobile but becomes zoomed in and cut off on desktop.

    When adding a video to an agent site, the video should display properly, no matter if it's shot in portrait or landscape, across all devices instead of being inconsistent.

  20. For listings owned by KW Agents, if those addresses are searched for online the property page on KW.com isn't usually shown in the first page of Google results.

    The top results are usually Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, (the originating) MLS etc. The property page hosted on KW.com (https://www.kw.com/property/ADDRESS/ID) should be right up there but I haven't found any listing where the KW branded site comes up, even though listings sync from the various MLSes to KW.com as well.

    I would imagine that KW.com pages for KW listings should show up higher since the keyword density and brand should increase…
