**I agree and there should be an option to EXCLUDE holidays so a smartplan doesn't text someone on Christmas Day, etc. I've had customers unsub and block because of this. The text/email seems "tone deaf" when it lands on a major holiday.

Every agent should want this! It will let us know who is actively looking at our emails and needs a phone call.
