    This is VERY important! The KW Birthday Smartplan is very dry. The text just says "Happy Birthday" which is an issue because most clients dont have our Twilio numbers saved which prompts them to ask "Who is this?". It would be nice for us to add our own message and let the contact/client know who the message is coming from.
