To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. We often time have more than just 2 clients selling a home. I have personally had up to 5 and they all used different contact information. It would be very beneficial to have the ability to add more than two clients to a single opportunity.

  2. Link command tasks with google calendar so when you add or delete a task it automatically adds or deletes on your calendar as a task. Its super annoying bouncing back and forth between both systems

  3. After an open house, I would like to be able to assign neighborhood(s) to all visitors who attended the open house. Would need the ability to "look up on a map", not just type in the neighborhood since Nextdoor com does not always have the proper info.

  4. Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

  5. It would be extremely helpful if we had merge tags for agent phone numbers in SmartPlans. I work on a team, and I have to create duplicate smart plans for each agent, with the only difference being their cell number. If we can have merge tags for agent names, why not phone numbers too?

  6. Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"

    If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.

    This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals…

  7. Add an option, like how we can track goals and our database health, where we can see our commission capping right on our dashboard. This would make it easier and more motivating for those of us that are incentive driven to see how close we are to capping for the year without having to go inot a previous opportunities "View Commission" tab each time we want to figure out where we are.

  8. As owner of the team account and my personal account it would be convenient for opportunities to pull from either account when creating a new opportunity and selecitng the contact.

  9. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

    Facebook ads are not as effective without Pixel. Pixel can be attached to the entire website as well be used for specific landing pages, if your using a particular funnel. Pixel allows us to track conversions and optimize our ads. It helps us understand when people…

  10. In the listing applet, it would be great if there was a way to set up a smartview under the search category not just the Team Listing category. Example: I would like to create a Smartview for our internal Listings for our office and not have to use the filter options each time to get the search I want.

  11. Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)

  12. Can we have an option to skip weekends in the smartplans? I tend not to work/make calls on weekends, and by monday I am overwhelmed with the numbers I have in my task list for the week and so I do nothing...eventually just archiving everything and starting over. Can you fix this?

  13. It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.

    For example:

    If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.

    Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…

  15. Auto apply the tag "Open House Signin" to any lead that comes in from the Command Site Open house links.

    Because leads are auto assigned to the agent doing the open house, we do not have the ability to use lead routing to add a tag and trigger smartplans. This means agents on teams must manually put the leads on SmartPlans.

    Solo agents have this via lead source. This is a huge pain point for teams and rainmakers who have multiple open houses and need speed to lead.

  16. Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

  18. Currently, the location displayed for an agent on the KW App / Agent Sites (About Page) pulls from the specific location of the market center that they are a part of. It would be nice for agents to be able to edit this location. Especially agents who do not serve that area. We recently merged market centers and all 100 agents are now showing up with a city that is 50 miles away. In order to not confuse the consumer, agents need access to be able to edit this information.

  20. For how important this tab is, it should not be very deep in settings under four different drop-downs. It should be just under the persons name next to settings on the command main portal..
