A do not contact icon next to contact name
Say you tag a group of people you met at an event, but 1 person prefers you not contact them through command. They prefer to contact you themselves so you do need their contact information saved. It would be great to have a do not contact icon right next to their name to easily pick them out of the tagged group when setting up smartplans or sending twilio texts.

Search all contacts on command app
When searching for a team contact on the Command App, it defaults to only show the primary assigned agent's contacts. As a rainmaker, I want it to default to all contacts so that I can just start searching for a contact by name. I always have to adjust the filters to search for a contact instead of just typing in a name.

Make "Parties To The Transaction" (AKA Opportunity Vendors) Accessible In The App
Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

Ability to see tags in contact list without having to open each client 'card'

Ability to change the Opportunity type and or Envelope type
Quite often a Buyer may change from considering buying resale to buying new construction and vice versa. Would be nice to have the ability to change between those 2 options for a Buyer Opportunity. Unfortunate that not only in Command but also DocuSign, you have to start from scratch (versus being able to tie a new Opportunity to an existing Envelope). Challenging that both sides have to be created again.

Discussion on mobile app
Have the capability to have discussions within the command app. This feature would allow agents to communicate with the team in real-time and eliminate a third-party app like google chat while allowing all communication to stay within the command.

Push Through Notification on CELL for Incoming Text Message responses to Twilio via Command touches
more than once a contact has replied to a text sent through Twilio. These need to have push through notification as I cannot manually check every platform I have in real time throughout the day. An incoming text from contact is a special, very convertible, kind of hand raise when response time is rapid. Market leader, realtor.com. zillow, etc all ping me with push through notifications on my CELL when important activity like this takes place. I need command to have this function.

Add the name of the Contact in the "Add Activity" button on the App
When you are adding an activity to a contact card the screen on the app should have the name of the contact we are in as a quick reference guide for who we are updating an activity for.

A built in QR reader in the Command app
A built in QR reader in the Command app so that if someone has a QR code, I can scan it with the app and their contact information will go into the correct fields. This would save a lot of time doing data entry when you're at Family Reunion or some other big networking function.

Ability to add two emails on the digital business card and profile
The digital business card feature on the Command App is very nice; but please add an option to add two email IDs. I would like to add both my KW email ID and Gmail ID on my business card (and my profile)

Most Active Contacts
Can we link the "Most Active Contact" feature like this to our MLS contacts with automatic searches? Like those who visit their "One Home" portal? see attached. That would help gauge who is most propabable as well.

QR code location(add contact via qr code)
Add the ability to add with QR code to the agent drop down on the home page right below my business card. Saves agents a step of having to share from one place and then capture from another. This will be highly used at KWFR and I imaging this extra step would come up.

Team App Link as default link for team member Command Mobile App
When a team member shares their link from Command App, it should send the team app link or at least have the option to set the default preference.

Notifications linked from KW app & Onehome
I would love to see Command sync notifications/pop-notificaton in the Command tab when your client has liked a home in the agents KW app or on OneHome. Currently, you have to scroll down to activity tab or look at your clients contact manually, or go to one home to review their search.

Google Voice
Since I use Google Voice for my business phone number, I find the functionality of COMMAND and the KW App is seriously limited. Are you making any headway for letting Google Voice function with COMMAND and the KW App?

TAKING NOTES WITH AI WHILE ON PHONE CALLS
A feature in the Command APP or Desktop that will trigger AI to take notes from a Telephone conversation and prompts for setting up appointments from the telephone conversation transcripts.

Document link in Command App
There doesn't seem to be a way to access my documents for a transaction in Command App mobile version. Is there a way to add that feature sooner than later? There is a Detail, Tasks, and Notes in the opportunity. That would be a great location to add access to docs.
