OPEN HOUSE LISTINGS & SIGN-UP DATABASE
An open house database will allow opportunities for agents to upload their listings for available open house opportunities and in turn will allow other agents to request hosting an open house.
This update will allow both opportunities to be housed on one platform.

Smartview for Listings Applet
In the listing applet, it would be great if there was a way to set up a smartview under the search category not just the Team Listing category. Example: I would like to create a Smartview for our internal Listings for our office and not have to use the filter options each time to get the search I want.

Have a place to add showings/prospects to listing opportunities in command.
Essentially I would like to open up my listing opportunity in command and "add a showing" everytime I have one so I am able to have a organized list inside the opportunity of all the showings I had with the agents/prospects name and contact info. This is useful because not only am I able to stay on top of follow ups but I can provide my sellers a more professional report on how many showings they had, what days of the week and who they were. update command to be able to send (clients) properties like we do through the mls
would be more efficient if us as agents were able to have the option to pick property style, choose how many beds & baths, etc instead of only being able to send all properties from the area we choose when that is not what our client is looking for. add specific filter settings that allows you to choose property options

Please pull the tax record and background data from NARRPR
It would be great to be able to pull data from NARRPR for the tax record too. It will reduce errors too.

Speed up listing syndication
Listings take much longer to submit to my KW site than they do my Brivity site I used previously, as well as all other sites such as Homes.com, Zillow, etc.

Build a Landing Page for any listing from the "listings" page
If I am doing an open house on another agent's listing, I should be able to easily creale a landing page for it by selecting the listing and creating the landing page with lead capture.

Ability to match listings to contacts (buyers)
Ability to enter an MLS number for a new listing into a search feature that will locate anyone in your database that meets that criteria (has searched for similar properties on your website, etc.)

"in use" documents - add a CLEAR button
Please add a "clear" button so the "in use" document can be reused for a different property with the same buyer or seller.

Add "ANS - Available No Showings" status for Greater Lehigh Valley Area
Same as Coming Soon status in other areas. Marketing begins as soon as the listing is available to the public and this starts with ANS status. We cannot create open house fliers, coming soon, just listed - nothing unless we upload the content and duplicate the work. We can't even link to the property page on our website because it isn't there yet. It shows up, but with no photos.

Give permission for MCA to delete draft listings
If the MCAs could delete draft listings, it would make the process to keep their database clear faster.

Detailed Rejection Reason in Listing Timeline
Understanding the reason for the listing rejection would expedite the approval process. I suggest configuring the listing timeline to say the reason of the rejection. This way we MCA would know which information he needs to check.

Listing applet in Command APP
Our agents aren't always in front of a computer or haven't a laptop with them, then, having the option to change the listings by the Command app would be an excellent improvement

Not display the address in the agent's site and KW's site
Would be much better if the option for not display the address hide the information only to the client. Hiding the address on Command make it harder to find out.

Enhancement when registering a listing
t would be valuable to enhance our system's capabilities by allowing the registration of the following information for a listing:
- More detailed information about the condominium and real estate developer.
- The ability to register multiple property units within the same condominium directly on the registration screen.
- A dedicated field to specify the quantity of suites within a listing.
- An option to input the price of the location, eliminating the need to create separate records for this purpose.
These enhancements would improve the efficiency and comprehensiveness of our listing system, providing a better experience for our users.

Listing's ID should be created by the system
It would be advantageous if our system could generate Listing IDs automatically. There are two key reasons for implementing this change.
First, the Listing ID can be thought of as the 'Social Security number' of a listing in our system, and it should be managed automatically to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Second, this approach would help us avoid issues like duplicate IDs, as the system would generate unique Listing IDs. This would eliminate the need for manual intervention or the creation of additional models to prevent such problems, streamlining our operations and maintaining data integrity

Listing's address validation
It would be beneficial if our system could perform an address check before allowing the registration of a new listing.
