Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Fluid movement of Twilio numbers on teams

    When an agent leaves a team, and they have Twilio connected to their account, make it an option to DISCONNECT that account and the team keep it to assign to a new agent. (Like Follow-up Boss)

  5. Would LOVE to see more Command integrations with lead sources:

    LOCALIZE in particular. It uses a combination of Ai and REAL humans to do what NO agents do-follow up with leads until they buy or die...What would it take to get?

  6. Add DepositLink as an App

    Our office uses DepositLink, not Earnnest, for escrow funds. I would love to see this integrated into the Opportunity as an easy button on the details page.

  7. API Nation needs to make an integration that works for teams in Command with Follow Up Boss

    There is currently an API Nation intregration for Follow Up Boss that works with personal Command, but the large majority of Follow Up Boss users are teams. As an MCTT, I see this as the biggest stumbling block for teams that would like to use both Follow Up Boss and Command.

  8. KW credit card

    KW should have a credit card for agents to build points that could be used for travel to events such as Family Reunion. Also, for clients and points could be used toward a purchase or listing. Could tie into Keller Mtg also for maybe interest rate buy downs. Points could be used for lots of things. Would be great for retention and networking.
