To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. When you are looking for referral partners, the only community group that gets a special tag is Luxury. It would be nice to be able to filter by all communities (ie. Commercial, Land, Military, etc). This way we don't have to dig through all of the agents looking at one Bio at a time.

  2. Referral section in command is not as efficient as it can be. One area in particular is sorting through all the referrals that an agent has sent out. I am sure the lab TEAM can add a feature that we can use to see the agents we are working with and all the leads we have sent to them.   4. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  5. I've sent referrals that didn't end up becoming a deal. The receiving agent accepted but nothing happened... now I have these old sent referrals on my referrals page in Command, clouding the real actives ones because these old ones still show are "active" and the agent who accepted them doesn't take the time to market them as lost :(

  6. We have agents that have moved into the referral group and are showing up in the Active Referral Pattern. They are not allowed to practice real estate so it makes sense to be able to remove them and from our end.

  7. There should be a Referrals Section under Opportunities. A lot of agents are strictly referral agents. It says this is a Planned item but when will this be launched???

  9. In command referrals, I cant seem to search by a realtors name can we have a space for us to put a realtors name and it brings them up, not by production or area we may not know that just by their name. I know you can do that if they are in your referral network. But I don't believe you can if they are not.

  10. The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:

    1. The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
    2. Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
    3. Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

  11. In the Referral tab, is there a way to download the contacts in a csv and then create contacts for them? Because there isn't a good/easy way to email everyone who's in the referral network.

  12. It would be great if we could have an invitation to my referral network link that we could share with other agents. By clicking on it, it would directly take you to the send invitation screen for the agent.

  13. Currently in our bios units sold are populated from the preceeding 12 months. I dont feel this accurately represents production/experience of our agents in cases of a slower year. I understand we have the option to not display units sold however having an option to display lifetime units sold would be a welcome addition to our bios, especially when other KW agents are searching for their next referral partner.

  14. When using the maps in the referral tab of Command, it would be nice to filter the view to only those that are already in your referral network.

  15. Would it be possible for agents to be able to select a current vendor in our roster instead of inputting new vendors every time they are needing to pay someone outside the MC? And if the vendor is not found, to request a new vendor?

    We have an issue where our agents are overwriting the tax information for vendors/outside brokers in Winmore because of the information they put into Command. At the volume of agents and transactions we have, it would be best to have a solid vendor roster that the agents cannot duplicate brokerages (due to name of the…

  17. It is very difficult to find a referral that was sent months ago. It would be very helpful to find agent by searching for their name rather than filter buyer, seller, preapproved checks. The filter options are not helpful

  18. Command Center is designed to help us save time and be more efficient. Manually plugging in every Referral agent that gets into our system into contacts is extremely time consuming and tedious. If this can't be done then allow smartplans to work in our referrals tab in command to execute email and texting campaign just as if it were in our contacts tab.

  19. When I'm searching for referral agents, I read people's bio. There should be a button on this screen that allows me to add this agent to my referral network right from this screen instead of having to back out and find them again. Thank you and y'all are doing a great job! Have a joyful day.

  20. Currently after sending another agent a referral network request, it shows up in the notification bar—yet the only options are to accept or remove the notification. When sending request, most that use the platform wisely send a short note; however, its impossible to respond/reply to that request in a short message back confirming the request or continuning the conversation with the other agent.
