Manually unsubscribe
When a contact replies with a sentence explaining why they want to stop, then it does not recognize the request to unsubscribe because it is not a single word "stop". I reply asking contact to reply with just the single word "stop". Not all do this so I need a way to unsubscribe them manually to ensure I don't send communication inadvertantly

Email button on the left side of the command page
There is no Email button on the left side of the command page, so how do I start/compose an email? That button should be there!

Mass Email to all KW agents in U.S.
As Command has data and contact info on all of our agents, it would be great to be able to send links to listings to all KW agents in the U.S. or flyers of listed properties. I have a commercial property that I would love to send to all KW Commercial agents.

Twilio - Forward to Office Phone
Twilio allows for forwarding to a VIOP number, but my VOIP provider does not allow for text messaging.
There should be an option to receive a confirmation code via call instead of text so office phones can be used.
This is most important to market centers so agents can reach them via text easily, but then call the same number to reach the office.

Notes for deal admins
Right now, we have to add comments to communicate with our deal admins, under Documents for a transaction.
It would be nice if they could see notes in the Notes section of a transaction.

Ability for Command to text scheduled reminders to agents/users
Would love to have the ability to have command text reminders to us the agents with reminders (Like real Geeks CRM).
Some days are busier than others and it may take a while to open the command CRM, but you can be on the run and receive a text and check it.

Quick link added to command to connect with National & State level "no call lists"
While you are setting up smartplans or completing lead gen having a quick link to verify if the phone number you are calling or texting that we can have a quick verification.

Notifications - Add Market Center Name
Hey! For those of us that over see multiple market centers. It would be so wonderful to have a market center name on the notification. For example on the picture attached, I don't which market center Desiree left. If you click her 'details' page it still doesn't tell me and to the right I'm still logged in as the different market center than hers. (She's Capital and I am logged in as Sunset) So it makes it really difficult to track.

Allow Command Mobile to send push notifications for tasks with a specific time.
Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....
Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

Tool Bar Task Reminder
It would be awesome if, on the left side toolbar in command on tasks, there could be a bubble or an alert there similar to how our phone apps work, letting us know how many tasks we have, regardless of the due date. There isn't really anything to trigger you to check your tasks without this.

MCA Notification: Associate Updates Information
It would be great to have notifications go to MCA, if an associate updates their contact info, EIN, etc, since WinMore + Account Edge dont sync the way Command MC and WinMore does. Makes EOY updating all the layers/platforms easier.

Add the ability to trigger an email/app push/command notification for new leads that come through the API.
Allows for immediate follow up without having to check for new leads throughout the day.

Missing documents in compliance
From Command MC reference Compliance, when a document is rejected I am able to comment to the agent what is wrong with the document, but when I am returning the opportunity to the agent because a document is completely missing I am not able to make a comment to that agent letting them know what I need to make compliance correct, therefore agents are overlooking the opportunity completely.

Texting through RCS instead of SMS/MMS
As carriers, etc... upgrade and adopt Google Messages RCS, will Twilio upgrade to RCS as well?

Remove notification pop up in Tasks
I would like to have the ability to turn off the notification pop ups that happen every time I check off an item that was completed. As it is now, you cannot click on the next thing until the notification disappears and it just slows everything down. It's unnecessary.

Email Address not added to Client Updates
If you turn on Client Updates and an email address isn't saved to one of the contacts (a spouse, etc) then it cannot be added later. It should automatically sync. If I update the contact card with an email address, and they are signed up for Client Updates, they should receive all updates. As of now, if they don't have an email address when you create their card, they receive no updates.

Open House Saved Searches
With the new website open house landing page it would be great if a prospect signed up on that page during the open house and not have to go to the agent site or consumer app in order for the saved search capability to work. If I understand it, currently, if the prospect was looking in a specific school district or neighborhood etc. they would have to signup not just on the open house page but also use one of the other areas. Would it be possible to get this capability? I plan to notify the prospect of new properties…
